Chery, a major player in the electric vehicle industry, has initiated the pre-sale of its latest offering, the Fulwin T11 EREV. This new six-seat SUV, positioned under Chery's Fulwin new energy sub-brand, promises an impressive combined range of 1,400 kilometers, making it a significant entry in the expanding market of extended-range electric vehicles in China.
The Fulwin T11 EREV is a testament to Chery's commitment to blending innovation with practicality. Offered in four variants, its pricing ranges from approximately 28,090 to 37,290 USD. Notably, this SUV caters to families with its 2+2+2 seating arrangement, providing ample space and comfort. At 5,205 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,800 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,120 mm, it stands as one of the larger SUVs in its category, ensuring a robust presence on the road.
Chery has equipped the Fulwin T11 with a futuristic design, featuring a closed vertical-slat front grille, slim LED headlights, and a roof-mounted LiDAR unit, which supports its advanced driver assistance system. The SUV's side profile is accentuated by conventional door handles, chrome window trim, and roof rails, while the rear showcases a full-width light bar and hidden exhaust outlets. Available in six exterior colors, the vehicle's aesthetic appeal is further enhanced by the option of paid colors such as Sand Gold and Rouge Red.
Inside, the Fulwin T11 offers a luxurious cabin experience with digital displays and premium materials. The 30-inch integrated screen spans across the dashboard and the front passenger area, complemented by a 10.25-inch instrument display and a 17.3-inch rear ceiling screen. The interior's elegance is highlighted by soft-touch leather surfaces and wood-grain inlays. Additionally, the cabin includes a 23-speaker audio system, ambient lighting, and advanced climate control features, ensuring a comfortable ride for all passengers.
In terms of performance, the Fulwin T11 is equipped with a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine paired with electric motors, providing a pure electric range of 220 km. The rear-wheel-drive model offers 195 kW of power, achieving 0–100 km/h in 9.3 seconds, while the all-wheel-drive version delivers a combined 345 kW, reaching the same speed in just 5.4 seconds. With lithium iron phosphate batteries, rapid charging from 30% to 80% can be achieved in about 20 minutes, making it convenient for long journeys.
Advanced safety features are a standout in the Fulwin T11, with all trims including 11 airbags and a high-strength steel and aluminum body structure. The vehicle's Falcon 500 and 700 driver assistance systems provide comprehensive support for highway and urban navigation, parking assist, and collision avoidance, powered by an NVIDIA Orin-Y chip. This advanced technology ensures that the Fulwin T11 is not only a comfortable but also a safe choice for families.
The Fulwin T11 EREV's introduction signifies Chery's competitive edge in the Chinese EV market, directly challenging other large SUVs like the Deepal S09 and Lynk & Co 900. With its extended range, luxurious features, and advanced safety systems, Chery aims to capture the interest of consumers seeking family-friendly electric vehicles without compromising on innovation or performance. As the pre-sales commence, the vehicle is poised to redefine the standards for extended-range electric SUVs.
